Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization. We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Times & Rates
Estimated delivery times for the United Kingdom are 3–5 business days. Applicable delivery charges or free shipping thresholds are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are sent automatically via email once your package leaves our warehouse. You can also track your shipment directly using our online order tracking page.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at contact@edenic.shop with your order number and photos of any damage.
